Hi everyone,
I would like to know how to answer this question in the interview.

Can someone help me with the list of challenges.
Hi everyone,

Hey @Vaishnav_Tej
From my experience, the biggest problems in RPA projects are not about technology. The real challenges are with people and how processes are managed.
For example, in many cases, the business can’t clearly explain how the process works. Sometimes it’s done “by habit”, and no one has ever written it down. That’s why I organize workshops to record and understand how the real process looks in practice.
Another serious challenge is that people are afraid of automation. In one of my Document Understanding projects, the person doing validation gave wrong labels on purpose - because he thought the AI and RPA would take his job. That showed me RPA is not just about building robots, but also about managing change in the company. Now I always try to involve team leads to explain clearly why we do automation.
There are technical issues too. One common example is when the robot works in test env but fails in production - because the layout or data is different. This is why I think user acceptance testing and monitoring after go-live are very important.
These examples are from real projects, and I hope they can help.
Start by clearly stating the challenge faced during the project. Explain what caused the issue in simple terms. Describe the exact steps you took to analyze the problem. Mention which UiPath tools or activities helped in resolving it. Talk about how you fixed the issue and tested the solution. Share what you learned from the challenge. Explain how you improved the process to avoid the same issue in future. Keep your explanation clear, confident, and to the point.

can you share some real time examples
@Vaishnav_Tej
You can explain like,
In one complex project, I had to automate SAP over Citrix where selectors were not accessible, so I used image-based automation with OCR and keyboard shortcuts, and later optimized it with the native Citrix extension for better reliability.
Another challenge was integrating UiPath with a legacy mainframe application that lacked API support, so I used terminal session activities, handled inconsistent screen loads with dynamic delays, and created reusable workflows to manage screen flows.
I suggest pls be honest in interview because they will do cross questions. If you already worked on that then explain like above examples.
If you found helpful please mark as a solution. Thanks
Happy Automation with UiPath
I feel it’s personal question and you should be recollecting your own experience out of the projects you worked on.
This question will gauge the expertise of you and your ability to handle the complexities.
