Input Dialog options string

dear all,

i try to put in variables to input dialog’s options. but seems like it kept saying end of expression error encountered. i tried putting opening and closing double quote, but it only treated it as text instead of variables. i tried semi quote to separate them, comma. the error doesn’t go away unless with an opening and closing double quote are used. but the result are all text instead of variable.
