Is detailed error enabled? If not can you enable it?
- Set the CustomErrors mode to = “Off” as shown in the screenshot below. (Make sure it’s capital “O” and small “f”)

After making changes in the web.config file and save it.
Also share event viewer logs - it might give a fair idea about why it is breaking
I have tried @Akash_N_Jain it is resolved and another error came like " Can’t reach this page" error in IE
