As per my observation and research , uipath finally needs a windows server to run any automation . I will say it would be better if uipath brings up with serverless automation for some background automations like ftp , mail , etc which doesnot require uiinteraction .
I see this feature in microsoft power automate .

Please correct me if we have anything in uipath aswell .

Like how you deploy your serverless lamda code in cloud . Deploy to orchestrator and orchestrator creates a server, robot and handles these execution . This can be applied to all unattended background bots .
