I was trying with mail activity i was thinking if i send a mail in revert i received multiple things that a user wants how i can extract that from email subject line or from the body

i was trying with the mail activity lets take an example i have mailed an xlsx file to a user containing top 10 mobiles phone and asked the user to reply with the name of phone so that we can send the complete model details to user how we can extract the model names from email body.

hai , I am extracting specific content form the email body but when i reading it showing in HTML format but i need only the specific info and that need to be saved in variable . can anyone suggest how we can achieve this.
