I want reply a Email Instead of sending a new email to the user. I cant use outlook activity since I dont have a access is there is any other method to do this

yah we got an activty called REPLAY OUTLOOK MAIL ACTIVITY in new mail ppackages

Then we need to use SEND SMTP Mail activity or SEND EXCHAGNE mail activity
where even we can only send the mail as a new one to the recippient we wantt
–but still we can send that new mail as a reply mail
kindly have a view on this, we can do the samee in SMTP as well

yah we can mention the body content as in the above example in SMTP as well
