Please give more clarity on the steps that you need to do to download the files.
Manually what all things that you are doing the same steps you can automate.
If needed you can use recorder as well.

to get more clarity you can share the steps and the screenshot of the application if possible.

Current status of the project -
(1) Download 1 file per month
(2) Download POS data on Monthly schedule from external websites.

Requirements -

Download the historical data it means
Download the data from 1st July 2021 until 31th July 2022.
