I have an error starting UIPATH

Hello guys, I need your help, I can’t start UiPath, every time I click on log in it doesn’t do anything, it just stays in the start window but never opens.

This is the error I have when I want to log in from the UiPath Assistant:

System.Threading.Tasks.TaskCanceledException: “The request was canceled due to the configured HttpClient.Timeout of 30 seconds elapsing.”

Looks like your firewalls are blocking the communication either turn off or whitelist UiPath url
