I am not getting select folder activity in studio 2021.10.0 -beta.6274 version, there are a lot many activities are missing. Please help me

Make sure to check, in the Manage Packages, J the Source tab.

Do we have the official source checked?

If yes, please go to the project dependencies and update the packages

Navigate to Manage Packages and install/update UiPath.System.Activities package and then check it once.

Create a new Process!
