Use Case Description
HR frequently receives inquiries about HR policies such as leave allowances, expense claims procedures. They also deal with administrative requests such as changing salary crediting accounts and sending employee verification letters. This takes HR’s time away from other higher-level tasks.
Solution: Create an Agentic AI chatbot that receives HR policy documents as context, and is able to perform actions by integrating with various systems. The chatbot will be able to deflect basic policy questions and administrative requests, freeing HR personnel’s time up to perform other tasks.
