HyperHack-2024 - Account Payables Month End Closure

Use Case Description

Account Payable month end closure: Accounts Payable (AP) team has to validate the reports and work on multiple tasks/sub tasks to close the month end period for their enterprise systems. It is time consuming, tedious and have to remember the process exaction sequence for a smoother period closure. After running each program, manually, Accounts team should check on the status and run the rest of the programs. Checking on each reports whether unresolved or unaccounted is time consuming and tedious.
After resolving the record AP team should work on sweeping the records and create accounting for reconciliation.
Multiple checks and touch points involved on every record to complete the start to end process manually.
Email trigger through integration services will help to auto trigger the bot agents based on Accounts team request.
Sending request from UiPath Apps will trigger the Bot agents and run the respective program.
Since there is no specific sequence in workflow for all the programs, bot will identify the specific program according to the email request / app request and execute respective agent program and send response to AP team.
Send an email response once all actions completed including reconciliation and finance reporting.
AP team can trigger any agent program one /many times based on their need and no specific sequence required
