Use Case Description

In today’s business world, customer data security and compliance are paramount. The rapid adoption of automation has facilitated the creation of malicious bot accounts , posing significant security threats to sensitive customer data.
A robust solution is imperative for identifying, reviewing, and deleting spam accounts to safeguard enterprise databases.

This is a solution that will save 95% of the time spent by automating the end to end process of identifying and eliminating bot accounts from Enterprise Person Master while including a human in the loop to review its output.
The solution leverages UiPath Apps to create a user friendly interface to trigger and monitor different automations and review the output. The App is created on top of UiPath Data Service as a backend database that stores all automation run details and its results. Different processes are deployed in the Orchestrator which can be triggered from the app. These can be modified to accommodate different upstream and downstream processes. An ML skill deployed in the AI Center based on UiPath Multilingual Text Classification model is the brain of this solution that identifies suspicious bot accounts. Provision is made to facilitate dynamic training of the model by uploading live training data in production.

Thus, this is a robust solution that assists in safeguarding enterprise databases by automating identification, review & deletion of malicious bot accounts posing security threats to sensitive customer data
