HyperHack-2023 - AI InkBot - Revolutionizing Handwritten Answer Paper Assessment
Use Case Description
AI InkBot is a revolutionary solution presented in HyperHack-2023, aimed at automating the assessment of handwritten answer papers using UiPath technologies. Leveraging UiPath Document Understanding, our custom-trained AI model accurately extracts answers from scanned handwritten papers.
Teachers simply upload answer papers and evaluation keys to a shared path, where AI InkBot performs OCR-based Document Understanding to match answers with the evaluation sheet. To maintain accuracy, we’ve integrated UiPath Action Center for manual review in challenging cases.
For the future, we plan to incorporate UiPath Insights for real-time analytics, offering valuable performance reports. Additionally, we’ll develop a user-friendly UiPath App for easy result tracking and feedback submission. AI InkBot streamlines evaluation, empowers educators, and enhances the assessment process, paving the way for transformative advancements in education.
