Companies find it difficult and are in huge burden when increment cycle arrives leading to restructure of Salary Structure and Designation of the Employee. The HR are overburdened during these cycle and are unable to look into employee query resolution.
Problem Statement:
During Hike cycle for companies, it’s difficult for the HR to create multiple Offer Letters and avoiding any errors in the implementation. Also they have to update the employee details in the system along with mailing all the candidates about the same.
UiPath comes to help in this type of hassle, the bot accepts the results shared from the managers and checks all the validation pre-defined to the bot as the employee has passed this much in years of experience, allowed % hike set by the management, any employee missed just in case for appraisal and etc.
The bot highlights these cases to the end user by creating action ticket for the HR to follow up and response from the manager as well. This all evidence is stored in the bot machine to maintain the process.
In end, the bot starts processing the process in multi-architecture based making sure that all the execution is completed in a day’s time making sure the process is completed as soon as possible.
