How to use Scroll Bar in Web page

I was trying to automate in Studio X and there we need to scroll up and down and bot need to select some keywords. Which activity Should I use? I am new to the StudioX

If you cant find the activity check you have UiAutomation.Activities in the dependencies if you not have that you need to install from manage package
