How can I update the Google Sheet which is having an extention of .xlsx?

This is the Screenshot of Google sheet to be updated

We are able to update Google sheet which are without extention but this one is not getting updated any idea of how it can be resolved

Yes we can make changes in Google Sheets which are not having any Extention.

The Current challenge is with updating the sheet(Google sheet ) having .xlsx extention as shown in Screenshot
