How to resolve the error obtained when trying to trigger the processes from Orchestrator, the processes are not executed - "The Specified Robot Id's are Invalid"?

Resolution: Note that this error comes when the RPA Processes are being triggered on Testing Robots, instead of Unattended or Non Production Robots from Orchestrator.

Testing Robots are only meant for Test cases execution not for processes execution. Hence a suitable selection of the Robot environment is required.

Note:

  • Testing Robots prior to v 2021.10 release cannot execute processes, test cases can be executed on this type of Robot.
  • However after v2021.10 both test cases and RPA processes can be executed intended for non-production environments only.
