How to trigger a mail when bots opens a excel file

Hi Guys ,

i have use case ,whenever the bot opens the excel file it should send a mail to business as “excel has opened successfully and process started”. How can i achieve this ? Experts need your suggestions

Inside the Excel Application Scope, add the “Send Outlook Mail Message” activity.

  1. Use the “Excel Application Scope” activity to open the Excel file.
  2. After opening the Excel file, use the “Send Outlook Mail Message” or “Send SMTP Mail Message” activity to send the email notification.
