How to submit Assignment in Level 3

Hello,
I’m currently running the Uipath level 3 certification. I submitted my project but I received the score 0/100.
Support said that I didn’t followed the prerequisite steps for your assignment. Could you please indicate what kind of prerequisite steps do they speack?
Does it concern the additional info in Practical n°1?

    Or does it concern pre-requisites steps in Robot development in Uipath?

You ran the robot without any errors. The evaluation is made by the activities performed by the robot in the acme
