Select the range of data in your Excel worksheet that you want to save as a PDF.
- In Excel, go to the File tab (or Office in older versions of Excel).
- Select Print or “Save As”, depending on your version of Excel.
- In the print dialog, select the Microsoft Print to PDF printer (or another virtual PDF printer if you have others installed).
- Adjust print settings, including page orientation (landscape) and scaling (you may need to scale down to fit all columns on one page).
- Click the Print or Save button to save the document as a PDF.

This worked like a charm! Thank you!!
