How to rename for a outlook attachment?

Dear Experts

My targeted outlook attachment file name change everyday(“0820” not equal to today, its a random number)

It will create trouble when I further handle it in next move

So I want to rename it to a fix name like “OutlookDownload” while it saved in my local folder

I try below way but it doesn’t work. May I know if any other solution for this case?

Can you try to use ForEach for SumAttach as the following, for example?
