Have you tried this it writes in same sheet
I have used filter datatable but last 5 columns are creating duplicates
like I have 172 columns after deleted it should be 167 after I used filter datatable the last 5 columns are creating duplicate columns again and final columns are 172

In the datatable the columns are deleted…but as you are writing to same excel the old data is retained…
Please either delete the sheet or excel and recreate after filtering…or you can write to a new excel and check…it would have only 167 columns
That way old data will be completely removed

You can use delete columns activity in excel to delete the last extra columsn
Or as said…delete the sheet and then write the data the sheet will be recreated fresh…
