How to read a multipage scanned PDF file with multiple orientations

Description

I have a PDF which is a scanned copy with two pages. in that first page which is oriented in the correct direction and the second one is oriented in 180 degrees. So, which OCR engines that we are using in Digitize documentation will have the ability to handle this type of scenario?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It exposes this information on a page by page basis in the DocumentObjectModel output.
