Hi @icosinga

do you have pdf acrobat reader file installed in your system only then u can edit the file

Steps
1.Use start process activity to pass the pdf file
2.use type into activity
3.send hot key as ctrl+s for saving the pdf file

I tried but it said the “type in” activities can be only added within the “use application” activities

Add that activity and place type into inside of it
