Suggest a method to make the first row of the excel sheet as bold font, I mean the heading of the data table

Use a template excel with the heading already formatted as you wish

Meanwhile I am writing dt its heading bold letters are gone

You’re overwriting the first row. Don’t use Write Range, use Append Range. Or uncheck headers in the Write Range.

Try using Excel Process Scope and Format Cells activity to format headers as per desire.
