How to keep a image aspect ratio using "Replace Picture" in Word Application Scope?

Hi everyone!
I am currently using “Replace Picture” activity to develop a library that automatically generates word document from a template for business.

There is one issue, when the aspect ratio of the picture in the word template file is different from the aspect ratio of the replacement picture. Is there a way to keep the aspect ratio of the replacement picture, like Excel?

If not, i have to edit the image file before replacing it?
Please someone suggest me!
