How to iterate pdf files 1 file after another file

I have 4 files like Source, target, Source 1 and target 1 pdf files
I want open source files and upload the target files in Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc application
Then next iteration I want open source 1 file and upload target 1 files

Please suggest and let me know if any idea
