How to highlight table row as per threshold values and attach table in body mail

I need some help for formatting my table row color as per threshold values and send mail to Team.

This is my reference table

Here is the threshold:

I want this as output and send this table as body email:

P.S: I am aware how to attach a table in body mail but unaware how to highlight the rows as per thresholds

Please help on achieving the same. Thanks for the help in advance

@sapta_619 If the method that you use to convert a Table in Email Body involves HTML text, you can provide the colors to the cell based on the or the value of the cell. Using something like this :
<tr bgcolor= “yellow”>
