How to get text in a box with a scroll bar

Just use Get Text Activity. If you are using Citrix you can send hotkeys to select all text, copy it and using Get From Clipboard Activity you can use this text in UiPath.

I only can get one page text via get Visible Text Activity but cannot get text via Get Text .
Does anyone know what’s the root cause and how this can be fixed?
