How to get Pain Points in Customer product reviews data fetched from Ecommerce website by using AI center Sentiment Analysis.

Could you let us know according to the Business or according to you what should be the pain points for each of the review ?
We would have to introduce another AI Model for this purpose either a custom ML Model or check with Named Entity Recognition Models present in AI Center.
But would also first check with the Extract document Data activity and pre-process this text to be available to the activity as a document and suggest the right prompt/description for it to deduce the pain points.
Let us know if you could share more details of the use case. If you were able to solve the case by yourself do let us know the solution.
