How to get my Completed advanced certification

Hi All,

I have completed the my advanced certification in my previous organization with that organization official email id now i have changed the organization and unfortunately i lost the my advanced certificate where i saved and not able to login into the certificate.uipath.com because i have left that organization so i am not able to access that email so please help on this @loginerror
