How to get all values of dropdown in SAP?

I need to get all the value of dropdown in SAP and store it in an array or list . How to do this?
For example I need to get all the Nationality values.

You can able to open the dropdown right?

If yes you can try with screen scrapping inside the dropdown by setting it as full text

Maybe this will work

Or try with find children activity
