How to extract table data from PDF?

Hi,

I want read pdf which contain table as well as some data

Out of that how i can get only table data.
I tried google cloud vision OCR but not able to read as i expected.Also
I have tried with Screen Scrapping but to run this we need to open the pdf.
Without opeing pdf i want to extract table data.

I have converted pdf into excel and then i am extracting data which i want.

But when i convert scanned copy into pdf that file is not getting converted into excel.
