We are working on service use-cases where we get inputs from ticketing tool and need to perform required actions in respective application. There are around 40 plus use-cases to work upon. Use-cases will be schedule on 24X7 basis.
We have few restrictions while using ticketing tool. Only one user can log-in into tool on single system (same credentials cannot be shared on multiple system). Almost 30+ use-cases are triggered/ required ticketing tool.
Please help us to determine on number of robots for this.
