How to create a folder structure inside citrix

I have a project that is using citrix, how do I make a folder within that environment.

Within citrix it is sometimes best to use keyboard shortcuts to achieve what you want. On my laptop if I press the “Function key” and “Right Control” (this may vary for you, but essentially whatever opens this menu should work for you) it opens the following menu:

From there you could send the up key twice, then right, then enter, and it should create a new folder for you.
