How to copy csv data into excel but in as it is format not in text

I want to copy csv data into excel sheet but somehow it is converting into some columns into text instead of numbers . Please help.

Try rename this file and change the extension from CSV to XLSX. You can use Copy Actitvity to rename the file.

Sure. I converted to .excel as it not allowed to .csv to upload.
sample.xlsx (8.2 MB)
I am pasting the data into micro enabled excel file.

You can read the CSV data and use your excel macro file as template and then paste the data.
While pasting You can format the text columns to numbers using below modern excel activity:
