How to connecting to MSSql by using DataBase activity?

Hi everyone, I was wondering that what connection string I should give if I use database activity.connect to database? my mssql server is set in a virtual machine.

First install the drivers and as per the drivers select the connection provider using connection wizard and procide db name and othe details…it would build the connection string

Or verify connection strings here
