You can’t configure auto-update, and you wouldn’t want to anyway. You need to open the project, update the dependency, test it, then republish.
Paul is right. However if you want to update more than one dependency / libraries you can do that with “Mass Update Tool”. You should find everything you need within UiPath Documentations…
