How to compare two columns in different excel having different column name

Hi,
I want to compare columns in two different excel workbook. So how can I achieve this. for e.g. A column name - ‘source’ in datatable1 is to be mapped with ‘source_1’ in datatable2. After mapping the value should be copied and pasted to datatable1. Any help would be appreciated.
