How to check whether a data in excel is present in text file

Hi,
I have got one excel file and one text file with data. I need to check whether the data present in excel is available in text file also.

The address “XYZ STAR” in excel is present in text file also. So in message box print “word exists”.

Can someone please help me to do this.

@Henry Which column values u should check whether it is exists in text file or not

I need to check all the values… If any one word exists, show the output in message box “Word exists”.
