How to add user in action center


Here i have option for assign to self, how can i assign it to other user so that they can review it

First, you need to add the user to your organisation tenant. Make sure to give the user all the licenses required. And then you can find the relevant option of assigning to the added user in “Action Center”.
To add the user to organisation
Admin->accounts and local groups->invite users(Enter the email id of the user)
