How did i select a column without using the select range?

Hey guys, im kinda stuck and wondering how do i select only column L for each sheet in my excel file as i dont want to keep using read/select range for each sheet is there a another way to do it thanks.
I have attached some photos for reference for u guys to help me :))

This photo below i dont want to use the read and select range as it is repetitive for each sheet and i want to use another method to select this column L

but using read range with L:L range and mybe some post filterings is the prefered approach

So the only way is to keep using the read and select range for the column for each sheet?
