Working hours calculations in Excel

Hi, I gotta find a way to calculate individual working hours per week. Data is in a form of attached excel file (original has 2500 rows of data) :). I should calculate working hours per UserID in a working week monday to sunday. Work week hours should not exceed 38hours. Free days can be in any day of the week. Any suggestions what may be easiest way for filtering? I found Data Manipulations activity which may prove handy in this project. [Excel_Screenshot]
