i used the project: CreateOutlookFolder.xaml (13.5 KB)via the marketplace but hit the following error:
my data manager:
- my computer is a local machine will no internet accesss.
Internet access will be required to restore the dependencies of the code.

Give a try by using the full qualified name:
Microsoft.Office.Interop.Outlook.Action

internet connection cannot be establish due to company policy.
In that case you will have to copy the .Nuget folder for user profile of another machine where there are these dependencies downloaded.
There is no other option.
