Found this question in UiRPA practice test.
Can anyone help me with the correct Answer and a detailed explanation please ?

Which of the following sets of jobs can be run simultaneously using a pool of 4 machines connected using the same machine template having 2 runtimes?

1-> 3 jobs created using a foreground process and 5 jobs created using a background process
2-> 5 jobs created using a background process
3 → 5 jobs created using a foreground process and 3 jobs created using a background process
4-> 4 jobs created using a foreground process

The Answer is

3 jobs created using a foreground process and 5 jobs created using a background process

5 jobs created using a background process

Each machine is allocated 2 licenses and each machine can run 1 foreground and multiple background.
