Having issue while uploading CSV utf8 with BOM

Hi all ,
I have CSV file which if I open with notepad: is utf8 with BOM I want only UTF 8 file how to convert this CSV utf with BOM to utf 8 is there any solution.
I tried invoke method but writealltext is giving error

we helped members by writing Utf-Without BOM, as writing with BOM was doable with less efforts

can you share with us what did fail in detail? Thanks

Writealltext is not coming my side showing error in invoke method
