Have set two excel spreadsheets as references but one becomes missing

Hi, I am working through the sample tutorial video on “Get Started with StudioX” Lesson 17 Automate Excel Tasks.

As I am trying to duplicate the Template sheet from Annual Report file and rename it to ‘April’ as indicated in cell B1 in the April Expenses file, the option to select from the April Expenses file is missing.

I have already used it as a Reference in the earlier part of the script.
I noticed that on the video it shows as “Reference it later as” but on my screen it shows as “Reference as”.
How do I make the April_Expenses appear as a reference so I can select it and rename the Template sheet to cell B1 in that file?
