Handle popup when save excel as PDF

Hello everybody,

I need to save an excel sheet as pdf. When I use the “Excel as PDF” activity, a popup appears if I want to save the changes. I already tried to handle the popup within a parallel activity, but for any reason the pupup appears during the execution of the second activity(doesn’t matter if this is excel to pdf or click activity) and then the robot doesn’t go on to the next activity.

Does anybody have an idea how to handle this or knows another way to save excel as pdf without popup?

Try the following:

Hi, there is a workaround: You could use “Parallel” activity.
