IntelliScreen is a cloud-based intelligent automation solution built using UiPath Studio Web and structured AI agents to streamline the resume screening process. It automatically reads incoming job application emails, downloads resumes, and extracts the sender’s details. AI agents then analyze and classify resumes into Suitable, Borderline, or Not Suitable categories, extract candidate names, and, for rejected applicants, calculate an ATS score with personalized feedback. The system sends tailored emails to candidates and forwards detailed summaries to HR, making the hiring process faster, fairer, and more scalable while improving candidate communication and reducing recruiter workload.

Students often feel anxious after submitting resumes, unsure whether they’ve cleared the screening round or should apply elsewhere. At the same time, recruiters manually sort through hundreds of resumes, which leads to delays, inconsistency, and even missed opportunities. This gap impacts both candidate experience and hiring efficiency.

IntelliScreen is an intelligent automation built entirely using UiPath Studio Web and powered by structured AI agents. It automates the first round of resume screening and communication, making the recruitment process faster, fairer, and highly scalable.
Here’s how IntelliScreen works:
(1)Resume Intake
Reads unread emails with subjects like “Resume” or “Job Application”
Downloads the attached resume files and extracts the sender’s email
(2)Resume Classification Agent
Analyzes the resume content
Categorizes candidates into Suitable, Borderline, or Not Suitable
Returns a concise summary of skills and relevant points
(3)Name Extraction Agent
Extracts the candidate’s name from the resume for personalized email communication
(4)ATS Scoring Agent (for Rejected Candidates)
Calculates a resume’s ATS score based on role-specific skills and keywords
Identifies missing qualifications or reasons for rejection
Generates constructive feedback for the candidate
(5)Email Automation
Suitable/Borderline candidates receive personalized acknowledgment emails
HR receives the resume, classification result, and summary for further action
