Getting response as failure in insert or update records in salesforce activities

when try to insert record with insert record activity in salesforce application scope, for the first insert i am able to get success response but insert record for second time getting response as Fail
. can someone help me to resolve this issue…

when I test manually with api configure, I am getting success response.

early response will be highly appreciated.

in salesforce i want to create a contract,its have multiple fields we have to insert on on another by one after other,i am trying to add values with id ,when ever i testing through manually giving me success result but its giving me when run in flow,getting only error

If the object is already existing (hence the id) then if you use insert record it will run into error. Use update record instead…
